Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the customer portal at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the billing period — no partial refunds, no hidden fees.
Can I pay in Philippine Peso?
Billing is processed in USD via LemonSqueezy (merchant of record). Your bank or card provider handles the conversion. GCash/Maya support is on our roadmap.
What happens to my files if I downgrade?
Your existing documents are not deleted immediately. Files you uploaded while on Pro revert to the 7-day expiry rule once the subscription ends.
Is the free plan really free — no watermarks?
Yes. We don't watermark exports on the free plan. You're limited in volume (3 uploads/month), not in quality.
